In Bayfield, Colorado, the nonprofit Escuela San Mateo is building 66 townhomes that it intends to sell at prices affordable to the local workforce. Cappelli Consulting was hired to identify and apply for grants and low-cost loans, enabling the sale prices of the homes to be accessible to households earning less than 100% of the area median income. In addition to this scope, we have supported the development team by finalizing the project proforma and assisting the development team with state grant applications.
