Jonathan Cappelli is an experienced urban planning, real estate, and community development professional focused on finding ways to bring equitable and sustainable development to communities across Colorado.
Prior to founding Cappelli Consulting, Jonathan worked at the Urban Land Conservancy (ULC) helping lead real estate acquisition/redevelopment projects, building community capacity and engagement in the Westwood Neighborhood of Denver, CO, and coordinating various national and regional housing policy initiatives. Before ULC, Jonathan worked in GIS at the Clear Creek County Planning Department, researched sustainable agriculture at international development firm ACDI/VOCA, and helped coordinate programs for the Aspen Institute.
Jonathan holds an MA in Urban Planning from the University of Colorado and a BA in Political and Environmental Science from St. Olaf College. He serves on the Boards of Housing Colorado, All-In Denver, Mile High Connects, and on the Affordable Housing Committee of the Urban Land Institute of Colorado.

Mary Coddington is a program manager at Cappelli Consulting. Over the last 3 years, she has leveraged her background in urban planning to work on land-use, community engagement, GIS mapping, and data visualization work for public, non-profit, community, and philanthropic clients in metro Denver, Sterling, Pueblo, and Lake County.
Mary received her Master’s in Urban Planning from the University of Colorado, Denver and serves on the Board of YIMBY Denver. Prior to her career in public policy and urban planning, Mary worked as a corporate facilitator and curriculum developer through which she honed her skills crafting powerful narratives to engage and empower the groups she works with.
Mary cares deeply for community and building strong human networks that work to elevate people and create opportunities for people to thrive.

Augustina is an associate at Cappelli Consulting. Before joining the firm, Augustina was an AmeriCorps VISTA Volunteer in Lake County , Colorado. Her experience has included creating and marketing housing programs with Chaffee Housing Trust, advocacy for housing policy , and working with the Housing Authority of the City of Leadville through “Lake County Build A Generation”.
Augustina received her Bachelor of Science in Community & Regional Planning from the California Polytechnic State University of San Luis Obispo, with a minor in environmental science.
